I am what you'd call a coffee snob. I purchase my beans green and roast them myself. I've spent quite a bit of money getting just the right roaster. So, when I started looking for a new grinder to replace my old one, I was prepared to pay a fair amount for one. But, after lots of reading reviews and research, I settled for this inexpensive little guy. I have had it a month now and am very pleased with it. It has settings for the amount of beans you are grinding along with the type of grind you want(coarse, medium, fine). I have been very pleased with the job it does and it's definitely a good buy for the money!
